OverviewWe are a life sciences company focused on the development, production, and commercialization of high-value consumable products used in the process of manufacturing biological drugs.
We are currently recruiting for Production Operators on a 2-cycle shift.
You'll be part of a cross-functional team of highly motivated and collaborative colleagues.
Reporting directly to the shift team leader, this role provides support in Moulding Manufacturing, Kit Assembly, and Packaging processes.
ResponsibilitiesAs a production operator, you will:
Use, store, process, and control materials within relevant areas in the manufacturing operations department as per approved documentation including SOPs, Batch Documents, MO's, Mfg.
Drawings, etc.Use, store, maintain, and clean all equipment within the relevant areas as per approved documentation.Achieve operational targets such as Efficiency, Right First Time (Rework), Final Pass Yield (Scrap), and Document Error reduction.Be responsible for the hourly/daily performance of the Manufacturing Cell where assigned.Participate in manufacturing cell teams and teamwork initiatives, including audits, inspections, and project implementation.Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.Maintain thorough knowledge of moulding, in-process inspection, assembly, and packaging processes.Accurately report department measures, metrics, and controls.Maintain and control specialized equipment and tools as per SOPs.Complete all manufacturing and packaging in-process testing as per documentation.Perform other duties as assigned based on new developments or changes.QualificationsGood understanding of CAPA, Cleanroom Operations, Continuous Improvement, GMP, EHS, Press Operations, Packaging, Labelling, and Quality.Ability to operate at pace with agile decision-making, using evidence and judgment.Commitment to high-quality results, overcoming challenges, and execution focus.Willingness to learn, build skills, and share knowledge.Maintain energy and well-being.Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with honest and open communication.Previous moulding experience is highly desirable.Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.What Repligen OffersRepligen offers you a:
