Image Skillnet are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced financial specialist to join our team. This is a key role in the business, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management while also supporting general administrative operations.

Primary Duties
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Procurement process
* Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
* Liaise with external accountants, funders and financial institutions
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements
* Support payroll and HR-related administrative functions
* Supporting general office administration, systems and processes
* Contribute to business planning and development.
Requirements 3 Years minimum experience.
* A relevant qualification in accounting or finance management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks and improve systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Xero, Collsoft) and Microsoft Office (strong knowledge of Excel)
