Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth internal processes, supporting project teams, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external personnel, public & client facing.
* Provide high quality customer service ensuring all queries are promptly addressed as they arise.
* Support senior management with diary management, scheduling and correspondence.
* Maintain and organise company records, contracts, and project documentation.
* Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff communications.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and team-building activities.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.
* Consult with property development teams to support project administration and reporting e.g. manuals, handover packs, customer care files, snag lists, weekly sales reports etc.
* Manage office budgets and track expenses.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Experience in the property development or real estate industry is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Acquaint CRM desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Confident in working independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
* Familiarity with construction and property development terminology.
* Experience supporting project-based teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
