Financial Business Partner
Our manufacturing/distribution client in South Wicklow is seeking a
Finance Business Partner
to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Management Accounting and assisting the wider Accounts functions and ensuring site objections are attained.

* Full-time permanent role.
* Location: South Wicklow, reliable transport would be required.

* Salary: 65k + DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce all site-level financial reports, forecasts, annual budgets, commentaries, and statutory financial statements.
* Deliver variance analysis and performance reporting.
* Own and monitor manufacturing KPIs and wider efficiency metrics.
* Track income and expenditure and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts.
* Develop and maintain standard costing for products, processes, and projects.
* Manage inventory reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and handle related queries.
* Support and oversee sales ledger activities, accounts payable, and credit control processes.
* Partner with the commercial team to support pricing models, tender pricing, and process improvements.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets for the site.
* Support the wider finance team during year-end close and audit processes, including auditor liaison.
* Carry out financial administration tasks and internal audits as required.
* Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties within capability, as required by the business.
Key Requirements:
* CIMA qualified or similar.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in management accounting as well as AP/AR.
* High financial reporting experience.
* Strong attention to detail and numerically driven.
* Demonstrated experience preparing year end
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
