* 10+ years' experience in investment management, infrastructure finance, real estate private equity, or structured finance
* Proven track record in leading and closing large-scale real estate or infrastructure transactions
* Strong financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
* Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and deep industry insight
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports directly to the Head of Investment and will be a senior figure within the investment team:
* Lead deal execution across infrastructure and real estate projects
* Conduct high-level financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal
* Present investment opportunities to internal committees and external partners
* Lead market research to identify investment trends and opportunities
* Manage end-to-end due diligence processes including legal, financial, and technical reviews
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the investment team
* Evaluate key risk factors across transactions and develop mitigation strategies
* Monitor and report on the performance of invested assets
