Production Leadership Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team in a new challenge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our product while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement production planning strategies from intake of carcasses to dispatch of product
* Manage stock levels and ordering of all materials
* Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to plan production and staff requirements
* Recruit, train and develop all staff members
* Maintain and oversee HACCP, BRC Grade A and Quality Assurance standards
Requirements
* Working knowledge of meat and butchery beef
* Proven track record of leadership and people management
* At least 10 years of experience in the industry
