Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across all areas of Recruitment in the HR Division.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver a high-quality efficient HR service to all customers.
* Publish advertisements for all roles throughout the University.
* Schedule interviews, including logistics involved in a recruitment campaign.
* Identify opportunities for continual improvement in service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
* Experience in a wide variety of MS Office applications.
* Highly proficient in information packages (e.g., Core HR, Docuware, SharePoint).
* Demonstrable high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of being an effective team member.
* Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and high levels of self-motivation.
* A flexible approach to work.
* Minimum of two years relevant work experience in a Recruitment/HR environment.
* Experience of working in a busy environment and working to tight deadlines.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Benefits:
This is a temporary, full-time position working 35 hours per week at €18.59 per hour. The position is initially anticipated to be until the end of June 2026, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
