Electrical Package Manager Job Opportunity
This role involves managing the electrical systems package for a high-profile Data Centre project in Finland. The successful candidate will oversee safety and quality compliance, drive a strong QHSE culture across the team, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the electrical systems package, including schedule, costs, subcontractors, and site operations.
* Oversee safety and quality compliance with the Project Manager, Safety Advisor, and QA Manager.
* Drive a strong QHSE culture across the team and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, snagging, and material/plant deliveries to align with project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or relevant electrical trade background.
* 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor/Engineer/Packagemanager
* Proven track record of leading teams on large projects with tight deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office.
Benefits:
* Salary package €115,000 - €125,000 DOE
