How you’ll bring The K Club’s vision to life:
* Meet and greet all guests in a friendly and courteous manner from arrival in the front car park throughout their visit.
* Assist guests with transport, luggage, restaurant bookings (on- and off-site), local recommendations and other reasonable requests in a courteous and friendly manner.
* Read daily reports (events, arrivals, departures) to gain basic knowledge of guest requirements.
* Tag and manage luggage on entry, liaise with the reception team to place luggage in the correct room promptly.
* Provide a full orientation of hotel amenities during rooming and follow with guest luggage.
* Promote a positive working atmosphere at all times and participate in company training.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar hotel role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility in working hours.
