Biochip Formulation Administrator Dungloe (Job Ref: 23/BFAD) Randox Laboratories has an opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work within our growing Biochip Formulation Department in Dungloe as a Biochip Formulation Administrator. Key tasks and responsibilities: - Co-ordinating departmental training - conducting training reviews, maintaining staff training plans, and raising and completing training events. - Maintenance of Documentation - Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Bills of Materials, Formulation Work Instructions, and QC Test Instructions. - Works Order Processing raising, issuing, and completing W/O. - Scanning and archiving of paperwork for clean room and QC. - Productivity Reports - Collating data, completion of KPI spreadsheets, data analysis and presentation. - Second checks of production and QC paperwork. - Monitoring of equipment calibration schedules. - Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, Health and Safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment. The candidate: Essential: - Computer literate with experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages. Desirable: - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. - Use of electronic stock control systems. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in an administrative role.
