We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Sales Representative to join our sales team in Kerry. This role involves developing and managing a territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and winning new business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of customers across a designated territory
* Actively seeking out new opportunities to increase sales within key industry sectors
* Providing customers with expert advice on professional-grade products and solutions
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
* Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth
* Promoting the use of online tools and digital solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record in field-based sales, ideally within trade, industrial, or technical environments is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals, with the ability to work independently, will be considered. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions is also necessary. A full clean driving license and willingness to travel daily within your assigned region is mandatory. Experience in construction, engineering, automotive, maintenance, or similar industries is an advantage.
