Insurance Support Specialist: A Key Role


About the Job:

* Administrative support to ensure seamless operations
* Policy preparation, issuance, and processing assistance
* Maintaining accurate client records and confidentiality
* Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Coordinating with providers for quotes and resolving discrepancies
* Supporting team members in preparing reports and documentation

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using applied systems.
