They're a professional but friendly team and are very client focused and need someone who can jump right in and help them keep things running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Handle and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain a clean and organised reception area.Handle meeting room bookings and organisation.Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and scheduling.What We're Looking ForProven experience in a receptionist or administrative role in a global or corporate company.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Fluency in English and attention to detail.The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.A professional and polished demeanour.To Apply:Hit the apply button below to send your cv.
