Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in life sciences, particularly biotech
- Experience with MEP design is preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
- Proven leadership and project completion skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
