I'm supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they expand their Personal Lines team in Dublin.
The primary base is
South Dublin
, but there is flexibility for candidates who prefer
North Dublin
.
They're open to speaking with both
fully qualified (APA/CIP)
and
part-qualified
candidates who have started their exams and want a company that will support them through the rest.
Salary will align with your qualification level and experience.
What you'll be doing
Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention
Cross-selling and up-selling across Personal Lines products
Completing all compliance, documentation and system updates accurately
Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
Supporting a collaborative, fast-paced environment
What they're looking for
APA qualified or at least 1 APA exam — CIP preferred
Personal Lines insurance experience or general Irish Insurance experience
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-care skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to work well in a dynamic, evolving environment
Knowledge of Relay is an advantage
