We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into new markets.
About the Role
* As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and negotiation strategies.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement global business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
2. Buid and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build trust.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams to ensure effective execution of business development initiatives and drive results.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
5. Travel globally up to 50% to engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
* 8–10+ years of experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably in the brewing industry on a global level.
* Proven success in driving commercial growth and managing global customer relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid understanding of beverage formulation, brewing technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
