Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Registration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of fund registration services across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions
* Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy
* Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for document collection, reporting, and process improvement
* Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance and accuracy
* Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Data Management, or related field (post-graduate preferred)
* 1-2 years' experience in investment funds, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or data management
* Understanding of fund industry, UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards
* Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
