Pay & Progression
1. Incremental pay structure – salary increases annually based on length of service.
2. Typical starting rate: €802.99 – Progression up to: €929.66
3. Overtime opportunities available
4. Pensionable position after probation
Key Responsibilities
5. Operate buses safely and professionally along assigned routes and timetables
6. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting as required
7. Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues
8. Ensure compliance with Road Traffic Acts and company safety regulations
9. Maintain records, incident reports, and ticketing accuracy
10. Uphold company standards for presentation, reliability, and courtesy
Requirements
11. Full, clean Category D licence (Bus/Coach)
12. Valid Driver CPC card & Digital Tachograph card
13. Minimum 2 years holding of a Category B licence prior to upgrade
14. Strong communication and customer service skills
15. Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings
