MEICA Project Manager
Location: Roles available in the Midlands and Southeast Regions

As a MEICA Project Manager, you will support the Contracts Manager in delivering high-quality water and wastewater infrastructure works across the Southeast and Midlands region. You will manage multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team in the delivery of one or more projects at any one time.
* Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards, policies and procedures are always adhered to on-site.
* Work closely and collaborate with all key stakeholders including clients, client representatives and third-party agencies.
* Lead the construction team in all aspects of the MEICA scope of works.
* Liaise closely and support other engineering disciplines including civil/building engineering and the process teams.
* Facilitate the co-ordination role of the PSDP for live projects with internal and external designers.
* Represent the company as PSCS on live sites within your remit and co-ordinate all required documentation to be present on-site and up to date.
* Monitor project performance including risk and opportunities. Mitigate/reduce risk where possible and manage opportunities.
* Report on the monthly performance of your project to the framework manager including performance against programme, budget and HSQE.
* Manage cashflow on projects and work with the Contracts Manager/ Commercial Manager to ensure interim payment applications are submitted on-time to the client.
* Provide assistance, oversight and guidance from time to time on tendering opportunities for new upcoming projects.
* Other duties as required from time to time
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater industries.
* Experience in MEICA engineering (mechanical installation, control panels, commissioning).
* Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Full driving license required.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies relevant to water treatment processes.
* Strong knowledge of Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
* Understanding of NEC 4 Contractual requirements.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
* Ability to communicate well with clients, subcontractors and in-house staff.
* Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications is essential. Familiarity with MS Project, A-CAD, Trimble Pro-Design is preferred.
