Generative AI Annotator
Requirements:
14. Level 7/8 degree (or equivalent)
15. Fluency in English (C1) and Hebrew
16. Some customer-facing experience
Key Responsibilities:
17. Accurately label English and Hebrew data following project guidelines
18. Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality
19. Conduct basic research to ensure precise annotations
20. Provide feedback to improve the annotation process
21. Identify patterns and insights within the data
Community Operations Analyst
Requirements:
22. Fluency in Hebrew and English (B2)
23. Some customer-facing experience
24. Ability to handle sensitive or challenging material with professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
25. Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
26. Enforce the platform's Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
27. Analyse data to identify ways to improve the user experience
28. Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
29. Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
30. Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience
