Job Title: Construction Project Manager
DUTIES:
Manage civil and construction works in the energy sector. Report directly to the Project Director and oversee project teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely project execution in line with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Location: Head Office (Sligo), Regional Office (Maynooth), with site visits and on-site work as required.

Responsibilities:
Manage contracts daily, supervise site labor and subcontractors, liaise with client representatives.
Coordinate project elements from planning through handover.
Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and method statements.
Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and safety incident reporting.
Promote a safety culture aligned with zero harm goals.
Oversee project delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Manage procurement, contractual matters, and documentation.
Support project team recruitment and development.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, optimize costs, and ensure project compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience in managing contracts and projects.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD.
Knowledge of safety and quality assurance management.
Passion for high standards in health, safety, and environmental management.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
