With a commitment to providing personalized training, small group sessions, and nutrition coaching, we aim to empower our members on their fitness journey.Primary Responsibilities:Conducting One to One Personal Training and Small Group Training sessions tailored to individual goals.Facilitating Client Onboarding and Introduction Sessions to ensure smooth integration into our gym community.Providing Nutrition Coaching Calls and Check-Ins to support members in achieving their dietary goals.Leading Group Training Sessions with enthusiasm and expertise.Secondary Responsibilities:Recording Social Media Videos to engage with our online community.Maintaining CRM Administration using Glofox, GoHighLevel, and MyFitnessPal.Qualifications:We are seeking a Senior Coach with:3-4 years of coaching experience, preferably in a commercial gym or studio environment.Proficiency in strength and conditioning coaching.Familiarity with gym software and CRM systems.Strong communication skills for client interactions and onboarding.Knowledge of nutrition coaching and client check-ins is desirable.Getting Started:This position is full time, predominantly 1:1 PT and Group Coaching, with an additional 5-10 hours allocated for client onboarding.
