Cavan.This role is designed to focus on our internal Quality development, driving quality and process improvements to achieve right first time, every time in assembly plants. The Quality Manager oversees internal process audits and analyses and drives quality performance data through communication, standard setting and problem solving.Strong problem-solving skills, Leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality assurance are essential.Responsibilities:Manage and Develop the Quality Process Engineers and TechniciansDevelop & implement strategies to improve production processes working closely withDesign, Production and Industrial Engineering teams.Maximise customer experience and company profitability through Right First Time Design and monitor new and existing quality gates for early detection of failures.Educate staff and provide high quality instructions for manufacturing processes.Eliminate quality failures through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Requirements:Degree in Quality/Engineering or related field.2-3 years industrial experience in similar Lead or Management role.Excellent communication and observational skills.If interested please forward an updated CV to
