We thought so and we have the role for you, we are hiring for a Reception Host Team Leader to support our management team in leading the front of house department. Role Snapshot: In this role with the support of the management team, your overall responsibility will be ownership of the reception and café area as well as the check in Kiosks located on the ground floor. You will make sure that all areas are to standard and that our social spaces have an inclusive vibe, are warm and welcoming for our guests and our team. You will support the team while on shift, including the team in WunderBar ensuring the guest is always looked after, standards are being delivered as well as providing on the job coaching and training. The guest experience at Clink is key to our success, ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their time with us. Who are you? You are passionate about delivering a great guest experience, who can put our guests needs first, has strong people skills and who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best they can be. You are flexible to work all shifts including earlies, evenings, and nights whether it's helping at the Café, checking in guests at the reception or jumping in to support the bar. You can work in a fast-paced environment, use your initiative and work well under pressure and independently. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and has a passion for travel and the hospitality industry What's in it for you?
