Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Scientist to join our Technical Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting Technical Services investigations, routine product maintenance operations, and design transfer activities for new Haematology products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the coordination and completion of investigation, project tasks, and product maintenance support activities to required specifications and in line with regulatory and company quality practices and requirements.
* Provide technical direction to QC Associates for issues relative to CSCA failure investigations of product quality issues that arise within the product release operation.
* Provide technical support to other departments in their internal problem resolution/product maintenance support where relevant.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 8 Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Doctoral degree.
* Familiarity with failure investigation techniques, handling chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, and laboratory equipment and analyzers.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, without supervision, and manage quality output when faced with greater workload and/or complexity and/or tight deadlines.
