Role:
The People & Culture Administrator will provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of People & Culture Department. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with employment law legislation, consistent application of HR polices, and effective use of HR system (Hark HR) This role will also support key functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave management, employee letter request, probation tracking and ad hoc HR reporting.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Support recruitment and onboarding, including drafting job adverts, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, managing all candidate communication in a timely manner and delivering inductions.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with employment law and data privacy requirements.
* Update and maintain all aspects of HR platform ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
* Track and report on leave management producing HR metrics for management.
* Manage and report on all employee visa statuses and work permits, ensuring ongoing compliance with immigration requirements.
* Support People & Culture manager with internal and external audits ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations
* Assist with policy and company handbook updates and implementation
Key Skills Qualifications & Experience Requirements
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards
* Business Administration or equivalent
* Proven experience in similar role
* Proven experience in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, excel & word
