Your Role
You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
Key responsibilities
Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
Meal preparation and light household duties
Medication prompting and supervision
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and high‑dependency needs
Following individual Care Plans and recording care provided
Reporting any concerns to the care management team
What You’ll Need
QQI Level 5 (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person completed)
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a healthcare setting
Garda Vetting (and International Police Clearance if applicable)
Fit‑to‑work certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Full driver’s licence and access to your own transport
Comfortable using Google Maps for navigation
Good English communication skills
A caring, dependable, and respectful approach
Full eligibility to work in Ireland
