Responsibilities:
Partner and collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan and deliver first-rate experiences for Workday customersDrive the activities of application development scrum teams delivering innovative features for customers in key markets outside the United States.Co-ordinate the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and improvement of high-quality, innovative solutions in the Global Deployments and Adoption space leveraging the power of AI.Engage with Development, Product, QA, Automation, Research/UX, Agility, Doc-writing, and Customer Support colleagues - and with Workday customers - to identify, discuss, debate and ultimately solve customer issues in increasingly innovative waysUnderstand and promote industry-standard methodologiesCoach and mentor team members to help them to be at their best, assisting with career growth and personal developmentPersonify and promote the Workday values of Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and ProfitabilityAbout You Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience building and directly managing impactful engineering teams5+ years of experience developing applications using Cloud-based technologies5+ years of experience with design and development using an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, etc.Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experienceStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks
Other Qualifications:
