About The Role
* Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you'll support all wellness brands, giving expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience every time.
* This is an interactive, people-focused role - you'll use your sales and communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their wellness needs
* You will keep up-to-date with all the various new wellness lines and promotions within store, so that you can always provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
* This is a sales-based role, but it's all about team success—no competitive, performance-based commission here.
* You'll have access to expert hands-on training with premium wellness brands in store, plus a comprehensive learning programme
* Be a role model for the 'customer-led' attitude. The customer is everything to you, and you'll create a culture where everyone is friendly and passionate about doing the right thing for them.
* We're proud of our stores, so you will always keep the shelves looking their best. You will take pride in ensuring they are well stocked, cleaned and tidied throughout the day.

* A warm, approachable manner and confident to start conversations with customers
* Able to put customers at ease so they feel comfortable to share their wellbeing needs which may be sensitive.
* Self-motivated, sales-driven and focused on delivering a great customer experience
* Proactive in your approach to learning about new products and service and love to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare, wellbeing and beauty trends
* A team player that loves to contribute to the team and store's success
* Digitally savvy and comfortable embracing technology and the omni-channel offering
