The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a suitably experienced person to cover the role of Marketing Manager for a maternity leave period of 9 months.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for both domestic and international markets, including all seasonal campaigns.
* Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, which includes a Marketing Assistant, E-commerce Coordinator, Photographer, Graphic Designer, and Merchandiser. Cultivate a collaborative and creative environment where the team can thrive.
* Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
Manage all digital channels—social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM—to enhance brand visibility and performance. Take ownership of the end-to-end online customer experience, ensuring our brand websites are user-friendly and continuously optimized using data from analytics.
* Content & Branding:
Ensure all brand content, from photography to print materials, is up-to-date and aligns with our brand values. Lead the development of new collateral and manage relationships with external partners like photographers and printers.
* Budget Management:
Implement and manage the marketing budget, tracking all spending monthly to ensure a healthy return on investment.
* Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance against set objectives and use these insights to inform future strategies. Stay ahead of market trends to contribute to our long-term marketing direction.
* Project Management:
Oversee a wide range of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes coordinating with our product and sales team on new product launches, from packaging & displays to promotion.
* B2B Customer & Trade Engagement:
In conjunction with the sales team proactively seek out co-marketing opportunities with Solvar B2B customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the design, logistics, and installation of our trade show presence.
* Merchandising & Display:
Collaborate with the sales teams to design and implement new product displays for our retailer network. Manage the full lifecycle of all display materials, including inventory, reordering, and maintenance to ensure a consistent and professional brand presence.
Experience & Skills Required
· Minimum 3-5 years post education marketing experience.
· Demonstrated success leading a team to execute on strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
· A 'can-do' attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· An ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness.
