Unijobs on behalf of University of Limerick are seeking a Part-Time School Engagement Administrator to join its Undergraduate Recruitment team within the University.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.This is a part-time, temporary position working 17.5 hours per week, on campus.This position is initially anticipated to be until March 27th 2026.The successful candidate will be offered €18.59 per hour.Please note: This role requires frequent travel to various schools and recruitment events and so it is essential the successful candidate would have a full clean drivers licence and car.Key Duties & Responsibilities: Provide administrative and event support for school visits, campus tours and recruitment fairs.Coordinate logistics and communication for Open Days and other student recruitment events.Maintain accurate records of school engagement and prospective student contacts.Assist with the preparation of marketing collateral and recruitment materials Handle queries from students, parents and guidance counsellors in a professional and helpful manner.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support recruitment campaigns and reporting.Essential Requirements: Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and records.
