Operations Director Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and partner management across Ireland.
* Monitor field activities (e.g., methane leak detection), ensuring quality, efficiency, and issue resolution.
* Coordinate logistics and scheduling based on project demands.
* Manage operational KPIs, maintain the Plan of Record (POR), and generate performance reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Field Engineering, Client Management, Finance, Sales) to align execution with contractual obligations.
Team Leadership & Recruitment:
* Lead the hiring and onboarding of leak detection drivers and field staff.
* Provide training and mentorship, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support and minor system troubleshooting.
Financial Oversight:
* Validate and process partner invoices; track operational costs and revenue projections.
* Prepare quotes and invoices, and address discrepancies with partners professionally.
* Monitor partner cost structures, benchmark performance, and contribute to financial planning.
Compliance & Contract Management:
* Ensure strict compliance with contractual agreements and performance metrics.
* Manage documentation related to operations, contracts, and invoicing.
* Maintain data security standards and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.
