Lead Clinical Director Role
A prominent mental health service is seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Director to oversee clinical governance and strategic development of its multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional clinical leadership and patient care.
* Contribute to the development of clinical strategies and governance frameworks.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
* Support, mentor, and manage diverse teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain and improve standards of care through regular audits and action plans.
* Promote advocacy for patient rights and best interests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full registration with the Irish Medical Council as a General and Specialist Practitioner.
* Demonstrated senior leadership experience in mental health services or large healthcare organisations.
* A strong track record in psychiatric practice across diverse settings and environments.
* Experience in education, research, audits, or service improvement initiatives.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
