It is a family run, private nursing home, caring for 42 Residents in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.Ballinderry Nursing home has an exciting opportunity for experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team.The CNM, reporting to the DON, is responsible for supporting, evaluating and maintaining of the highest standards of person-centred care to Residents at The Nursing Home.The role holder will apply their professional clinical expertise in line with governing standards and best practice.The role holder will ensure appropriate risk management to ensure the safety, health and welfare of Residents at The Nursing Home.Safeguarding the residents of Ballinderry Nursing Home is of paramount importance. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, neglect, or harm. All staff members are required to attend mandatory safeguarding training and are expected to act as advocates for the safety, choice, autonomy, and dignity of our residents at all times.
