The Role

Key areas of focus include Management development - supporting leaders to build capability Talent management - embedding career pathways Employer Value Proposition (EVP) – supporting initiatives that strengthen employer brand and employee experience. The successful candidate will have proven experience in an HR/People Culture Manager or Senior Business Partner role, with line management expertise.
