Business Development Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
What will you be doing?
* Winning new business – identify, engage and convert qualified leads into long‑term customers.
* Building strong relationships – host sales meetings, network and apply value‑based selling to secure new partnerships.
* Managing accounts – develop and grow a smaller portfolio of existing customers while ensuring their satisfaction.
* Maximising opportunities – use CRM tools and market insights to prioritise prospects and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
* Collaborating with colleagues – share customer insights, support smooth onboarding and work closely with operations to deliver excellent service.
About You
* Proven experience in sales/business development, ideally within logistics or a related sector.
* Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills with the ability to generate interest and overcome objections.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a customer‑first mindset.
* Good time and territory management, able to balance new business acquisition with account management.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
