Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation professional to lead finance transformation projects from strategy through to execution, focusing on core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, and Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement future-ready finance operating models using best practices, automation, and digital tools.
* Collaborate across global networks to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions.
* Manage and mentor teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous development.
* Develop transformation assets such as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools.
* Support business development, including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership.
* B build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
Requirements:
* A background in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in a core finance process area, such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Business Partnering.
* Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems, or ways of working.
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is required.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
* Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g., automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is desirable.
