Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel's front office.
Your Role:
* Front Office Management: You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including checking in guests, handling guest queries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
* Sales Performance: You will work closely with our revenue manager to maximise sales performance through effective room allocation strategies and upselling opportunities.
* Talent Development: You will assist with the induction training supervision of all Team Members within your department as well as contributing towards employee growth development by coaching mentoring supporting staff members achieve their goals ambitions aligning yourself company culture values principles brand ethos identity standards community expectations policies procedures protocols practices objectives outcomes results metrics benchmarks KPIs etc...
