Works efficiently and accurately in content management systems, adhering to best practices and standards for terminology and content management

Requirements
The Candidate
Relevant Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant technical writing experience, preferably software or telecommunications industry
Working knowledge of content creation tools - word processing, presentation, image management, etc., and familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrates ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, processes, and standards
Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences that have varying degrees of technical ability
Strong time management skills and an ability to take accountability for completing projects
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex technical information
Ability to analyse target audience and to present ideas in user-friendly language
Interest in telecommunications, VoIP, WebRTC, and voice-bots is an advantage
