Job Title: Accounts Assistant


Job Description:


* Support the Financial Controller in a variety of accounting duties, including raising invoices and processing certificates.

* Maintain accurate databases with relevant information and prepare debtors reports, Intrasat & VIES Revenue reporting.

* Reconcile accounts and update procedural documentation (SOPs).



Required Skills & Qualifications:


1. Previous experience in an AP or AR role is essential for this position. An Accounting Technician qualification is desirable but not necessary.

2. Demonstrate excellent numerical skills and working knowledge of MS Office particularly Word, Excel formulas. A good understanding of the Sage 50 accounting package will also be beneficial.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team to build effective relationships with suppliers. Excellent problem-solving abilities along with organisational time management skills are expected. Adaptability and ability to multitask under pressure are highly valued traits for our organisation. Motivation, accuracy,
diligence, integrity, honesty& attention-to-detail.No company name or budgets should go unmentioned.
