We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Operatives (Night Shift) for our Client based in, Co. Galway
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate, troubleshoot, setup and changeover mechanical fastener manufacturing machines.
2. Ensure smooth and efficient running of high-volume production machinery.
3. Work to production metrics and standard operating procedures to meet customer requirements.
4. Ensure high quality product through quality Inspection of parts with precision and measuring tools
Work with quality/engineering and operations departments on continuous improvement & development programmers.
5. Compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Good mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume manufacturing environment.
8. Relevant manufacturing experience
Rate: €12.93 P/H + €32 nightly premium per night shift. Over Time Paid at 1.5 after 39 hours.
