The Lord Bagenal Inn is currently recruiting a receptionist to join their team.
Position can be full or part time depending on the candidate preference.
Main duties:
Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.
Ensure the front office runs smoothly.
Deal with bedroom, restaurant & meeting room enquiries and bookings.
Deal with any guest queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Have full product knowledge of the hotel.
The Ideal candidate would have:
At least 1 years reception experience in a similar hotel environment
Computer literate, including Microsoft packages.
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
A genuine interest in the hospitality industry
Fluent English
Available to work various shifts including morning, evening & weekends (variable hours per week). Rostered hours will be over a seven day period.
