Our client a fast paced 3 PL company is seeking a experienced and methodical Customs Supervisor.
This role will involvepeople management ensuring an efficient flow in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will have: Experience of Customs procedures and requirements is essential.
Previous experience in a Supervisory role.
Supervise and support the Data Entry team on daily tasks, activities, and queries.
Act as point of escalation for issues within the department.
Onboard and training of new staff Be able to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members Assist the Clearance Manager in the delegation of tasks, fairly and equally amongst team members.
Ensure accurate input of Customs data into management system.
Actively participate in team performance reviews, providing feedback.
