EPAM is seeking a
Technical Delivery Director
to join our Ireland team. This role blends hands-on delivery leadership with AI coaching and advisory, deploying into client engagements to shape AI strategy, stand up agentic delivery models and lead complex programmes from inception through scale.
You will play a key role in embedding AI and Agentic AI capabilities into client delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while also stepping in as a delivery lead on high-impact programmes.

Responsibilities
* Take end-to-end accountability for the delivery of complex AI-enabled programmes, ensuring alignment to client strategy, business outcomes and EPAM delivery excellence
* Act as an AI and Agentic AI delivery lead, coaching client and EPAM teams on applying agent-based patterns, GenAI capabilities and AI-driven operating models in real-world delivery
* Lead multi-stream programmes spanning AI platform build, data engineering, cloud, security and change, ensuring quality, pace and predictability
* Serve as a trusted senior advisor to client executives, translating AI strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes
* Establish clear delivery governance, financial management and execution discipline across complex, distributed and multi-vendor environments
* Partner closely with architecture, product, engineering and data leaders to bridge business ambition with technical reality, particularly in AI-first transformations
* Foster a high-performance, innovative delivery culture, taking a hands-on leadership approach when programmes require deeper intervention
* Proactively identify, manage and mitigate delivery, technology and AI-specific risks, escalating where necessary to protect outcomes and client trust
* Play a key role in pre-sales and account growth, shaping AI-led proposals, delivery models, estimates, roadmaps and statements of work
* Contribute to the evolution of EPAM Ireland's AI delivery playbooks, methodologies and thought leadership, influencing how we scale agentic delivery across accounts
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent senior-level industry experience
* Proven experience operating at a leadership level in technology or consulting-led delivery environments
* Strong track record delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year programmes with full accountability for outcomes, budgets and client satisfaction
* Deep understanding of AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, including their impact on delivery models, operating structures and enterprise architecture
* Solid technical foundation in software engineering, cloud platforms, data or architecture, enabling credible leadership of AI-enabled delivery
* Experience acting as a coach or transformation lead, helping teams and clients adopt new AI-driven ways of working
* Demonstrated success managing multiple high-complexity initiatives in parallel, often across distributed and global delivery teams
* Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and executive leadership
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect strategic AI vision to execution-level detail across diverse audiences
