We're currently recruiting a dedicated Deli Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and presenting hot and cold deli items, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
* Setting up and maintaining the deli counter, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
* Serving customers efficiently and with a friendly, professional manner.
* Handling individual customer requests with a can-do attitude and aiming to exceed expectations.
* Following food hygiene, allergen, and Health & Safety guidelines in line with provided training.
* Ensuring correct storage and rotation of food items and equipment.
* Assisting colleagues as required to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Our ideal Deli Assistant will:
* Positive can do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* A good level of spoken English.
* Previous experience in a deli, catering, or customer service role would be an advantage, but is not essential.
