Travel Sales Executive - Dublin 12
Our client is looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join their busy team at head office. The role is client-facing and detail-focused, supporting the delivery of high-quality travel experiences with a strong emphasis on service.
What you'll be doing
* Take over confirmed bookings from the sales team
* Work directly with clients to manage queries, amendments and trip details
* Coordinate bookings with hotels, golf courses, transport providers and restaurants
* Prepare itineraries and travel packs
* Meet and greet clients when required
* Spot opportunities for itinerary upgrades and add-ons
* Support the wider team with projects and general tasks
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years' experience in travel, tourism or hospitality
* Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field is an advantage
* Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly manner
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Confident problem solver and team player
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
* Good knowledge of Ireland and Scotland
* Interest in golf is helpful but not essential
* Fluent spoken and written English
