What you'll be doing
Running the
full 360° recruitment cycle
, matching top talent with leading employers.
Building lasting relationships with contractors, consultancies, and developers.
Sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates from graduate to senior management.
Working on high-level assignments for key appointments in Ireland, UK and International.
Collaborating with a supportive, ambitious team that celebrates every win.
What we're looking for
Recruitment experience (construction/engineering/technical a bonus, but not essential).
People-focused with natural relationship-building skills.
Driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of your success.
