Process Development Specialist
The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes associated with cardiovascular devices.
* Develops manufacturing processes, materials, and methods as part of the product development team
* Designs, specifies, procures and qualifies process fixtures and equipment
* Develops Work Instructions and other supporting documentation for manufacturing processes
Hands-on knowledge and experience in both the development of cardiovascular devices and the processes required to manufacture them is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes
* Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures
A strong understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial for this role.
