ABP Food Group is currently recruiting for the role of an IT Graduate. ABP Food Group is one of Europe's leading privately owned agribusiness organisation. We are the UK and Irelands largest beef processors. The successful candidate will be based in ABP Head Office, 14 Castle Street, Ardee, Co Louth.
We have an opportunity for a bright Business Systems focused graduate to join our team.
This role offers an opportunity to become deeply involved with implementing and supporting a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The graduate will work closely with the implementation team, engage in the roll out and support of the new ERP system and its edge applications. Key to this role will be a confident character, keen interest in learning, skill building, and ability to work on their own and with the business.

As a Business Systems Graduate Trainee, you will receive practical on-the-job training and we will continue to work with you to develop the necessary skills and technical knowledge required to help you develop in your career.
What you'll be doing:
* A varied role within a dynamic business environment supporting, trouble shooting and problem solving during and after new ERP system roll out
* Working directly with team and users to closely understand business processes
* Learning the core functionality of the ERP system and its edge applications
* Developing the applications around the business's processes and business needs
* Documenting and training users on new processes
* Administration of user accounts, permission and master data quality within the ERP system
* Working across the business to ensure ERP best practices are established and followed
* Analysing new and existing business systems and offering new ideas for improvement
What you'll need:
* A BS degree in Computer Science or IT related equivalent (preferably with a focus on business and/or Finance.)
* Enthusiasm for business and software systems / operations
* Strong analytical skills
* Organisational and planning ability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with strong work ethic
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

* Willing to travel and work away from base office (must hold a full Irish license)
