Strategic Senior HR Partner Permanent / Hybrid /Dublin 24 Competitive / DOE I am seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to work closely with senior leaders and shape people strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Advise on workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, and change initiatives.
Lead complex employee relations and performance management cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Support leadership development, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that promote inclusion and retention.
Use HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people strategies.
Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated solutions and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate: Significant HR experience in a partnering or advisory role within a complex organisation.
Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practice.
Skilled in organisational development, change management, and talent strategy.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
